Temporary recruitment - a specific approach
Specialist recruitment
Our recruitment services are specialised by area of responsibility. Our consultants are experts on market tendencies, salary bands and availability of candidates. This expertise allows us to be closer to both our clients and candidates, and gives a unique character to our services: fast response, ability to present adequate candidate profiles to our clients and the best opportunities to our candidates.
Advantages for our clients
Our objective: to offer our clients a hard-working candidate who quickly integrates into teams for a suitable length of time.
Our recruitment process requires technical, office-based, language and aptitude tests. Our clients are assured of our candidates’ skills.
A temporary work contract is more economical for our clients than a fixed contract. This is because we take charge of the whole recruitment process (advertisements, interviews, tests) and the management of personnel (pay, medical visits, proof of work). We are the intermediary between our clients and temporary workers. We ensure a daily follow-up on the development of placements and the settling of any disagreements. Moreover, our clients are assured of the continuity of assignments; we guarantee an immediate replacement should our temporary worker break off his or her employment.
The law instructs all temporary recruitment agencies to apply a coefficient on salary statements for the client.
The invoice is therefore as follows : Salary x Coefficient
The coefficient varies according to the length of the assignment, the technical skills required and the level of responsibility of the post. Our policy is to inform our clients systematically of the coefficient, before all commission.
Advantages for our candidates
On one hand, temporary work allows the candidate to enter the job market whilst obtaining professional experience: to work in different sized businesses, different services, different sectors of activity.
Temporary work offers experience to the candidate. Young graduates can start with several placements which will give them access to posts with more responsibility.
Furthermore, the temporary workers can benefit from a training course: perfecting office-based skills or learning new software used by businesses, acquiring new technical skills allowing a new professional direction. After an assignment, an interview then enables a report to be made on the new skills acquired and the desired direction to be taken in the future.
On the other hand, temporary assignments can frequently lead to a permanent contract.
