Our approach to clients  

To find a suitable candidate quickly is a job in itself. Hays offers global recruitment services to its clients: access to a permanent and up-to-date database, selection from ad hoc advertisements, organisation of ‘open-day’ events, joint advertising campaigns, assessment centres and online internet solutions.  

In order to fully understand our clients’ needs, we assess their business culture and expected level of expertise for the role. From the very beginning, we meet our clients in their workplace so we can work together in creating a detailed job description, as well as a job profile, required skills and personality of the candidate so that he or she will be compatible with their team. Out aim: to act as a true representative of our client.  

We create and implement a recruitment strategy that fits our clients’ requests. We take on everything throughout the whole recruitment process. We analyse and evaluate individual interviews carried out with our candidates whilst informing clients of our progress, despite any difficulties we may face. The selection of candidates is completed by tests specific to each post or by a handwritten test. To complete the recruitment process, we produce a report detailing results of technical expertise and main character traits.  

Approachable and ready to help, our consultants advise, mediate and help with the decision process as well as checking candidates are settling in to their role.  

Our approach to candidates  

Each candidate is interviewed by a specialist consultant. This guarantees the skills, personality and motivations of the candidate. This assessment is completed with aptitude and language tests, and verification of CV details.  

Our aim: matching our candidates’ requests and skills with the needs of our clients.  

We do more than meeting and putting forward candidates for roles: we assure a complete service in which our consultants remain in constant contact with our clients and candidates.  

Our consultants advise candidates throughout the whole of the job search process: writing a CV and covering letter, preparing for interviews, follow-up discussions after the interview, accepting a job offer and the first few days in their new job.  

Our consultants are always on hand to speak to you.  

The consultants work closely with temporary staff, paid by Hays Travail Temporaire, by accompanying them throughout their career development. A follow-up assessment is done throughout the recruitment process. An interview at the end of each assignment allows us to establish a report of acquired skills and to envisage new training possibilities and professional orientation.  

The consultants, as well as the admin and accounts departments, are available to answer any questions.
